Locklear with his 6th home run and 23% K rate.

Don't forget possibly the best hitter on that team, my guy G2. Hasn't started hitting HR, but the guy can hit. This would be such a fun group to stay together, but I suspect they split them up with a few of the guys moving up to Everett to start next year and a few starting on Modesto.
Yeah I would think Young stays but Sanchez and Locklear are Everett bound. Not sure about GG....
I bet he starts the season and gets promoted. G2 has a 15 % K rate in Modesto (not including last night's 3-6 with 0 Ks) his babip is down a bit, and he's not hitting many HR, but he's got excellent makeup, and I'm not worried about the power. 15% K rate at 18 in A ball is pretty damn impressive. Julio was 22.4 for comparison. Harry Ford is at 23.3. Marte was at 22.2.
Everett will have a great lineup next year. Wish I still lived 30 minutes from the ballpark.

I'm really beginning to like this Locklear kid, even if he is just a bat. If you can hit, we have a place for you. Reminds me of Patrick Wisdom with less swing and miss.

How about Paul Goldschmidt as a comp. Paul has already put up 58 WAR and is only 34.

If he turns out to be Goldschmidt then you've earned yourself another free dinner and Ballad from yours truly.

Axel Sanchez has many errors, not sure what's the issue. He's supposed to be a good fielder.

Jesus, about one every 3 games. JP only has about 1 every 10 games. Some can be can explained by the fields but I think he needs to room with Perry Hill the entire off season..

But it's much more fun to get carried away with a small sample size from Low-A ball.
