Calmly, folks. We're only four games in and the gloom and doom is deafening! Lets wait and see how they sit after 20 games. Yes, we all know each and every game is important and the ones they win or lose now mean just as much as the games in August, but we're working with a small sample size here. If Marco is 0-4, and our DH's and Kelenic are still batting in the .150's, then it is time enough to get out the torches and pitchforks!
Re: It's All Doom and Gloom GT - Detmers v Kirby
The only thing louder than the doom and gloom from the forum has been the suckage coming from the expected black holes on the team.

So we are underway and if you thought the last 3 nights have been bad, just wait until you see the top of the first tonight.mostonmike wrote: ↑Mon Apr 03, 2023 8:07 amThe great news is of course I am 8 hours ahead so will already know the outcome of the game before you do. It might be better for all of us if I just reveal these spoilers from now on to save any stress and we can just carry on with all the doom and gloom.
I will therefore let you all know well in advance whether it's worth tuning in or whether we should all continue to deride this magnificent team.

Hernandez lf
Suarez 3b
Pollock rf
Murphy c
Crawford as
Scott is dumb though will put out a stupid lineup.

Your right teo in rf. My guess at Scotts lineup
Rodriguez cf
Hags 2b
France 1b
Suarez 3b
Hernandez rf
Murphy c
Hummel dh
Pollock lf
Crawford as
With Cal swinging a good bat Scott will give him the day off cause we don't wanna score runs today. Cal needs to play almost everyday. He can dh. Best hitting option we have when needing a catching break.

Apoplectic isn't the wordMy Mom recently offered to tell the final score of the game because it is on earlier in Seattle. That way I wouldn't have to stay up so late!
