Do you even follow the team? He is a 110 OPS+ guy in a Mariner uniform that is exceeding good for a backup catcher. And you are proposing dfaing him to flip a coin on some guy who is hitting well in Tacoma.

Oh jeez. Murphy is the definition of "nothing special." We've had dozens of guys just like him come and go.

But, he's probably really popular in the clubhouse. And we know how sensitive modern players are about losing a favorite buddy.
