Can you provide a direct link to that webpage because i found the app to be extremely awkward before abandoning it last year for the webpage. Thanks.

My God the WA.gov website for renewing Cosmo licenses had to have been designed by a pack of starving hyenas that were told they could only eat after they finished building it. If I didn't have the woman on the phone walking me through it, it would have taken years to figure it out....

Good-to-go has a pretty crappy site. Same with Kaiser Permanente for bill paying. They must hire mentally challenged people for IT or hire foreigners that don't give a shit.
