A poll conducted by the Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO) back in 2014 found that 89% of Palestinians support terror attacks against Israel. You have to remember, though, it is likely you'd come up missing or murdered if you voted against Hamas. Still, that's quite a majority.

I'm not sure "Israel (netanyahu) created Hamas to counter the Palestinians" is accurate. But it seems that Netanyahu CHOSE ways to support Hamas as a way to divide the leadership of the Palestinians in the West Bank (i.e., the Palestinian Liberation Organization - PLO) from the de facto rulers of Gaza (i.e, Hamas). In effect, try to keep the two geographically separate Palestinian areas from political coordination and unified efforts toward a Palestinian state.

Definitely Moreno with KOMO has a different take than the Seattle Times, whose coverage was closer to what Rantz describes.

I don't get, however, Rantz's statement that

I obviously don’t know why Moreno was lying. I imagine it’s a combination of wanting to give far-left Seattle what he think it wants and is liberal himself.

If far left Seattle is pro-Palastinian, why would liberal Moreno say the rally called for peace? Why not say (if you are Moreno) that the rally called for eliminating Israel and justified "resistance" (i.e., the attacks of October 7). Isn't that what he is implying are the positions of the the far left?

Even without seeing the crosstabs, it appears that young, liberal Democrats are the least likely to support Israel's military response.

Shocking.....Yet the most likely to support Ukraine War effort.

I have seen any statistics by age regarding support for Ukraine, but I know that Democrats are more likely than Republicans to support that. And the gap has been widening, as overall support has declined, with more of that among Republicans than among Democrats.

If the US starts funneling money to Israel, it's just going to look like a reflection of Ukraine.

The libs got all the money they could out of us for Ukraine, time to squeeze the right for some loot to support Israel and keep those defense contractors rolling in cash.

That's about how much Trump was asking for to build the wall. Back then we didn't have the money. Until Ukraine of course............ then coming up with 10x that amount as a handout was no problem...
