"He's done. (Yankees GM Brian Cashman) is done. You don't survive that...this is the beginning of the end." – @DavidPSamson says Cashman's recent critical comments of Giancarlo Stanton will eventually get him fired this year if the Yankees don't perform well
"I read the context of the entire interview. I think it's a good reminder for all free agents thinking of signing in New York both foreign and domestic that to play for that team you've got to be made of Teflon, both mentally and physically because you can never let your guard down even in the offseason," Wolfe said.

Haggerty, Moore, Rojas, and Urias should not be on the same team.

This guy suggest trading G. Gonzalez for McNeil .711 OPS or Maikel Gracia .681 OPS giving us 6 second basemen and 3 shortstops.

Jerry is throwing as much shit against the wall looking for a cheap fix at 2nd and 3rd in the hopes that one of these guys will be slightly above average. He intends to prove his plan will work with a payroll that’s 46% below the big teams.Pharmabro wrote: ↑Sat Nov 18, 2023 2:23 amGreat 1st step. Re: Finally! Official Hot Stove League thread!
Except the team isn't losing. It won 88 games this year, 4 more than the D-Backs who lost 4 straight to end the season and still won the 3rd wild card in the NL.
Sometimes the game doesn't work in your favor. The M's are in the toughest division in baseball. In a couple seasons TEX and HOU will be realigned out of the west.
