Not so much worth it as being able to afford it? It has seemed odd to me at times. They will trade for a player were it seems there needs to be a pretty decent shot at re-signing them for the trade to be a success but when the time comes they are like worlds apart. Williams seems to be headed there. Can't JS project that being the case? Yeah, looking at you John, we don't have Pete to kick around anymore. Or maybe it's press conjecture. The need to re-sign Williams, John didn't look at it that way when he traded for him.
