Massive changes to KO rules

Other than the kicker and returners, no players may move until the ball either touches the ground or is fielded by a returner.

I like the rule change but i disagree with allowing players to move once the ball touches the ground. It seems to me that will result in kickers sending the ball on a low trajectory so that it hits the turf just beyond the 20 yard line and continues bouncing along at velocity making it difficult for the returner to field. Maybe they would do that anyway or maybe i am just wrong and they will still kick the ball high and deep. Should be interesting to see how it unfolds.

The risk is the returner just lets it go and it skips into the end zone. I can't wait for the first onside kick!

One thing I would have done differently is line up both teams with the ball but let them take off once it is kicked.
