Re: Spring Game
I could see the Huskies going 8-4 and winning a bowl game for 9 wins, but would put them in the range of 5-8 regular season wins. The Seahawks i can't begin to guess but would put them in the range of 6-12 regular season wins. That would be a combined range of 11-22 (Huskies win bowl game and Seahawks win at most one playoff game). The median then would be around 16 combined wins. I think 20 is pretty darned pie-in-the-sky given that both teams are experiencing total coaching turnovers and fairly large roster turnovers (Huskies more than Seahawks).

Good reasoning SH, but i would also consider the Hawks coaching turnover to be a big upgrade (worth at least one more win, which then puts them in playoffs to potentially qualify for more). And your highest projection of 8 wins for the Dawgs seems low given they won 14 last year- I'd put the win range more like 6 to 9 for the regular season, which then also qualifies for at least one bowl game, perhaps more in the unlikely chance of making the expanded CFP. So maybe not quite 20, but pretty darn close.
