Volpe stealing third with the game out of reach. I would drill Soto and then yell at the Yankee bench that it was intentional, and if they start coming out of dugout do to them what we did to the Angels a couple years ago that started the hot streak.

I kind of wish JP didn't come back.
M's twitter was all teary eyed and fawning about him coming back like he was some savior with a 1.000+ OPS. Just ridiculous...

The Yankees are a real baseball team who should have taken 3 of 4 from us because they are a real baseball team.

The M's are a pathetic excuse for a team that's over .500...

I would put Julio, Garver, Polanco, Zevala, France, Haniger on a fucking Greyhound to DC so they're forced to think about their shitty contributions to this team.

No World Series winning team would Ever have the whiffing roster the Mariners have. Offense/defensively speaking. What an abomination of mediocrity.

Hell yea Baumann great pickup. Can't throw strikes. Speier is struggling this bullpen except Munoz sucks. Again I would give both my legs for an avg offense.

Nope and really hope Hunt does not become a star.

The front office and their blind scouts have some of the worst talent assessments in the league

.729 career OPS in the minors, up over .900 this season in the PCL. Probably a nothing-for-nothing trade.

I've never felt like a Mariner team should be blown up mid-season as much as I do right now.
There's not much inspiration, nothing compelling. Limited cohesion, it's just not working to me.
Julio, where is that conquering mountains attitude? Why and when did you decide to emulate Kelenic's shitty, Mariner Kelinicitis?
Garver, WTF?.
Uranus: WTF?
The good this season:
Cal: my advice? Get animated, kick ass, and on camera, tell Dipoto and Servais to fuck off so the Yankees can trade us another Jesus for you.
Raley: Love the way you've turned it around. Keep it up.
Rojas: Get it going again.
Moore: I'm diggin' what you're doing

Anyway - Baumann: G-R-R-R-O-A-N-N-N. Shoulda kept Hunt.

Pitching: Not cracked up to the hype but still can be good. Glad Gilbert wasn't traded.
However, I think the whole pitching staff, especially the starters, are really beginning to feel disheartened and disillusioned by the fucking anemic, flaccid offense. Talk about unfair. They simply can't compensate for the bats Dipoto has provided this "team".
Rocky Colavito is a Hall of Famer in my book!
