Shoot, that's what separates us from teams that have high-scoring games, too often when we've got something going a scrub like Garver will come up, get a couple of really good pitches to hit, but still kill the rally.
Yep... good teams add on.
Yep we still might and should, we must dont trust our pitching with 3 runs.

Garver's or Polanco's or Hanigers but of course they won't do that...
Yeah, I just don't like the overreacting to small samples. The season is 162. They put the 162 numbers on the back of the baseball card, not 55 game numbers.
Odds are things are going to even out. Haniger is too good of a hitter and so is Garver.
Haniger hasn't been good in 3 years...Garver I have some hope for but he has been so horrible.. Both those guys will play closer to 55 games than 162...

55 is quite a bit, and we haven't seen any new players in recent years get off to a bad start for this long and then right the ship. Figure in that Haniger is broken down and clearly on the decline, Garver is the worst hitter in the history of T-Mobile Park, and Urias was awful last year, while Polanco might turn it around, those three almost certainly won't.

I don't like Garver's swing at all.

Seems unable to cover anything on the outer half... looks like it's geared to hit a fastball and a fastball only.

Even though we went 1-2-3, we're hitting the ball, and France hit one pretty well. There's no resson why this team can't cut the strikeouts in half. Yes, half.

Hey, who was the galloot who said Miller sucked and shouldn't be in the rotation? 3.30 ERA and 0.93 WHIP.

He will have his ups and downs, but he is really good and throws strikes and works quick. Sucks Bliss hits it on the screws and no break. At least we are making contact, need more luck though
