Locklear was 2-4 with a double and 2 walks and is now up to .333/.899. Should bring him up when we are facing the White Sox for a soft landing.

Kelly is 31 so not really a kid. Ten bets totaling $99? It doesn't sound like a gambling addiction. You do have to wonder what these guys are thinking. It's also interesting how MLB has all this information. Get the feeling they've got it dialed in, if a bet goes down they're hearing about it
Jesus Christ. $10 a bet for a guy making almost $1M a year.

Reminds me of a post on X yesterday about a guy that was complaining that a customer bought a baseball card from him but then wanted to reverse the transaction because he found the same card for cheaper elsewhere. Customer was threatening to write bad reviews and the guy wanted advice from his followers on what he should do. I was thinking wow this must have been a rare card costing hundreds of even thousands of dollars.

Come to find out the card was fucking $14. Imagine a non homeless grown man obsessing about $14 in 2024. That is barely lunch for 1 at a fast food restaurant these days. :?

ONE might hope that this is an effort to get him going hot. I have heard some people say they are not “engaged” when just DHing. It didn’t look like it was an issue for Edgar or Papi. But he did have the bases loaded double and a 2 hit night so maybe we can get him ‘playing to the back of his baseball card”.

That said... Why is JP standing there with the bat on his shoulder with 2 strikes, after the ump already made a bad outside call
