I don't see much improvement other than running into the occasional homer.

The guy has one of the worst eyes I've ever seen. He would have K'd 180+ times over a 162 game jaunt last year.

I also wonder how long they can continue to run JP at leadoff. Remember last year they moved him to 9th before he was put back at 1st because of an injury?

Josh Rojas hit .292/.363/.444/.807 batting leadoff while JP was injured. Put him there and move JP back to 9th.
