Jesus Christ, Bill. I am sickened to read this. I'm so sorry. Do you think sending this to the local news stations might do some good?
To what end?
Were you able to file a police report at least? If this guy is trying to scam other people still wouldn't the police be interested in stopping him? Or was he scamming the landlord too, in which case why wouldn't he want to resolve the matter as well? I guess i don't quite understand the situation.

If any neighbors had video or cameras pointed at the place you were trying to lease, maybe they caught the scammer and could forward it to police. In this day and age, somebody has a pic somewhere of that asshole. It couldn't hurt to send your story to the investigative teams at local stations...just catching him would be a good thing.

So was the landlord not aware someone was (fraudulently) offering one of his units for rent?

I've seen stories like this on the local news - most recently a young couple who just arrived moving cross country to get a fresh start and had their whole moving van stolen. Just saying it couldnt hurt to try contacting local news if you have the energy - Jesse Jones i think specializes in such cases. But definitely be praying for your recovery from MRSA brother, that is scary.

I won the bad lottery, MRSA, in the spring of 2021. So I have been dealing with that for 3 years. Tried to file a police report but they never came.

Weird, Millikin and i both put 1 point on the G'aints and everyone else put big points on DAL. Also, Darren put 16 points on whichever team loses.

Giants could well upset Dallas tonight. Cowboys have looked like shit to start the season.

Last week when I didn't make any of my picks until Friday, it counted the Thursday Night game as my 1 point bet, so it wasn't a big penalty.
I don't know if that's a new thing.
