Okay, trying to think of a position player that greatly improved after coming to Seattle. You have a better memory than I do David, there's has to have been someone seems like
Nelson Cruz was always a decent player, but his first two seasons in Seattle were the highest WAR years of his career to that point.

Best contract return the Ms have ever received.

Thought I'd do this as this season really tapped into our inner Seth.

Victor Robles: I can't think of anyone else who ever came to Seattle and greatly improved as an offensive threat. Hopefully this is at least close to the player he is now.

Cal Raleigh: 34 home runs, 100 RBI, caught the most innings in MLB. Far and away the best catcher we've ever had.

Logan Gilbert: #1 in WHIP and innings pitched.

Brian Woo: 2.89 ERA.

Our starting pitching: our worst regular starter was Luis Castillo with an ERA of 3.64 and a WHIP of 1.17. Great job by those five guys.

Do have to give props to Julio for showing up down the stretch even though he flushed the first 3/4 of the season down the toilet. Good to see he's not guaranteed to suck going forward.
Speaking of Seth, we won't hear from him until opening day which is crazy. lol

Julio actually "only" flushed the first three months of the season but it was at least 2 months too many.

Seth is like a rum fruitcake.
Only comes around during the season.
You know you shouldn't eat it but you try it anyway.
You might spit a few seeds or nuts out too.
In the end though it's the thought/gift that counts.

Agreed, he was better for us than he was with the Rangers and Orioles, and then when he declined and we let him walk he went to the Twins and was even better with them.

Great player, great stats, great attitude, always hustled.

My kind of player.

Rare breed.
