Trump Administration

Post by bpj » Thu Nov 14, 2024 12:00 am

Now includes Elon Musk, Vivek Ramsaswami, Tulsi Gabbard, and Matt Gaetz as AG.

How you guys feeling about his picks?

Seems much better than 2016 so far. Especially excited to see Gaetz in at AG.

I think the pick I'm most curious to understand why Trump made it was the JD Vance pick.

After dealing with Pence you'd think he'd pick a guy he knows has his back, not a guy who had opposed him publicly.

Wonder what conversations they'd had that led to the pick. I wouldn't trust Vance. Not sure why Trump does, would love to know.

Trump said that about Vance when he picked him seemed to work didn't it
. “will be strongly focused on the people he fought so brilliantly for, the American workers and farmers in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Minnesota and far beyond

Vance will be Potus from 2029-2037 so...hopefully he grows on you. :)

I actually think it shows Trump has a lot of confidence and isn't petty that he chose someone that used to be against him, a former Dem and little Marco. lol

Yeah, good point, really Gaetz is the only "MAGA" pick from what I know.

Maybe Noem is considered?

I don't know much about Hegseth, but heard some encouraging soundbites.

Seems serious about cleaning things up, we'll see if he can get new leader Thune to advance his agenda or not.

So the world is on fire and you pick a talk show host to lead the military, okay, That's going to be an interesting confirmation hearing.

Talk show host????

Who are you talking about?

If you say Trump, you need to up your doses. Trump has been a business man since the 1970's, and still is a business man.... a builder.... leader.

If you are talking about The Apprentice, then he would be considered a "reality TV" star, not a Talk show host.

I don't even know why I choose to read your posts.
