Guess picking a couple upsets today made this a bad week for me to quit sniffing glue.*

Oh, this is worse than I thought ffs. I thought my crafty picks and A Game this week would crush it!

Alas, it appears I have cornholed myself and have dropped out of the playoff picture.
I almost always pick at least 3-4 upsets because, well, I don't give a shit.
I don't mind being in last place. Besides, next year I'll get 1st pick in the draft...........
As long as there's a cheap-ass participation trophy waiting for me at the podium, that puts me in my happy place.

This past Sunday, Seahawks sucked beyond suckiness versus the Packers so this week's upset has me picking Seattle over Minnesota, even if Howell QBs.

Speaking of Green Bay, this coming Monday the 23rd hosting the Saints, here's the Wisconsin weather report:

Off to a strange start over 1/2 the pool (7) went with the dog on Thursday night. And several had them for pretty big points up to 10. Of the 5 that picked the favorite, me and another were sure enough to go 1 point on it, and the other three went 3-4-5. The forum is either fairly impressed with Denver or down on S.D. :ugeek:

I was down on LA, and allowed myself to be fooled by the middle of the season when Nix looked like an actual QB.

Someone else has to post the Seahawks-Viqueens game thread for Sunday. My four-game game win streak on game threads ended with some harsh prison lovin' from the Fudgepackers last Sunday. I'm still a little sore. We need new mojo.

Although picking the Chargers last night felt good after getting bitch-slapped for 98 stinking points last week.*

*Insider Pelosi Trading Tip on this week's pool:

I have one point on the Hawks.

So, i missed getting in a pick for the first Saturday game and it's forcing me to take a 16 point hit. Yet, when others have missed getting in their Thursday picks it allowed them to move that down to 1 point. WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT???

I'd be pissed! I thought you just lose one point if you miss a game.

Weird I didn't change anything. Maybe Thursday night games are different that Saturday or Sunday games.

I'm guessing that once the Thursday game has been weighted and counted in the pool, it locks the count for a future missed game from the top down, instead of from the bottom up. So, the KC game was the very next game and that was 16...did you make all the rest of your picks after you noticed you didn't get that pick in on time? Because I'm thinking that if you had also missed getting a pick in for Baltimore in time, that would have been a 15-point ding of unavailable points. Ouch, who knew?

Sorry you missed your pick timing. I forgot about the Saturday schedule this week also.
