According to a tweet from Thomas Nestico (@TJStats on X), Moore had the third-lowest chase rate in the league at 17.7% and Crawford had the fifth-lowest at 18.2%

All five mariners starters are ranked in the top 20 terms of Cy Young odds

Logan Gilbert was given the fifth-best overall odds at +1600, while George Kirby checked in at +2000. Luis Castillo followed next at +2500 wihile Bryan Woo +3000 and Bryce Miller +3500, finished fourth and fifth, respectively

Which makes it criminal that ownership is not willing to support this generational pitching staff with at least a league average offense.

I honestly don't understand it. We know they're all about profits first but come on. If they made the playoffs and had a good run, and (gasp!) even made it to the WS for the first time, the money would be rolling in faster than they could count it. Just idiocy on the part of the owners.

Unfortunately, I think the moves they will end up making eventually will be so underwhelming that watching paint dry would be preferrable. We all wish they would come to their senses and trade for Guerro and/or sign Alonso, Bregman, and Sasaki and call it WS bound but they don't have the cajónes for that.
