Well the playoffs are more important than the regular season so it would be weirder for them to be only worth 1-6 points or 1 point for the SB.
A few years ago it was 16, 12, 8, 4 and 1...or some variation of that. You are telling me that there are games during the playoffs that are no brainers for 16, 15, etc.? Again, a fumble on a reverse, a Center snapping the ball too early and a doink FG going in and not out was the difference. That's kind of a big deal.

I mean, it doesn't matter. I was just pointing out that it is odd that the fewest points you could assign was still double digits.

I was really stumped on the Texans-Chargers matchup. The Chargers have a recent history of caving in big games, but not under Harbaugh. Also they seemed to be improving as the season progressed while HOU was getting worse. I wanted to go with the Texans rather than the team led by H&H but just couldn't justify it.

Yeah, I was back and forth on that one too. Seemed like the Chargers had cured their choke issue. But man, that was 2.5 quarters of flat collapsing! They scored a TD to try and get back in it...and promptly had the extra point blocked and run back! So even when they scored six they only cut the lead by four. The first quarter showed no signs of that.

That said? I have been saying for a few years that I think Herbert gets way more credit than he deserves. Four picks? I didn't watch that entire game, but it seemed like every time he did something wrong the announcer would talk about how that is uncharacteristic. He gets so much credit when they win and zero blame when they lose. It is very surprising to me.

Lol, I switched my pick three times before finally realizing I can't root for the Rams.

Nice to see the 14-3 Vikings getting handled by a ten-win team, even if it is the Rams.

Well,
I needed a hail Mary to move up in the standings, so I went with:
1 sure thing
3 upsets.

Net gain....ZERO.

Didn't get a single win this weekend.
LOL

I went with a very possible upset, for Ravens to beat Bills, and man it was close and losing knocked me out of contention.

Curse you Mark Andrews!
