LOL This place is deader than the offense. I was too busy to every even check the score until now. 2 hits and 1 post the entire game.

Well last season they had like a .900 OPS in ST and a .600 OPS in April. Maybe we can do the opposite this season.

I'm for that. Opposites. IIRC didn't our stellar pitching staff falter in Spring Training last year, so a lot of the games were barn burners.

Where's Seth - hasn't he awoken from his (offseason) slumber yet?

I could try to fill in for Seth with my best impression of a fast-moving mercurial love-hate relationship with the M's during games.

"Intensity" is a nice way of describing Seth's posts. I'm always thinking someone may need to talk him off the ledge every couple innings.
Baseball is a game of up and downs, with really good teams winning about 60% of the time. Really good hitter fail 7/10 times. Taking every AB ass seriously as Seth would likely lead me to an ulcer. But folks who have met him say he's a good dude, so I guess he's one of us.

2 Hits, 2 walks, and one bright spot the Samad Taylor HR.

That should put Samad in the driver's seat for the 2nd base job, right?
I still want to see Nick Dunn get a shot. He's a NRI.
