No. Anything but a sweep is a fail. The Sox are just as tired and have zero motivation to win. I am not sure why people think the teams with the most series wins make the playoffs. It is a meaningless goal.

Win 7 out of 10, and three series in a row and it's great. All it takes is a sweep and you are right back to .500. They need to go on a run, because we now that stretch of "well, that's just baseball" is coming.

Yes that is awesome every 3 of 57 times he gets on base.Pharmabro wrote: ↑Tue Aug 05, 2025 10:28 pmMoore is still good at stealing basesDavidGee24 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 05, 2025 8:45 pmMoney/ego are preventing those transactions from happening. Ford I get as he probably won't hit MLB pitching. Rivas definitely should be on the roster instead of Solano, there is no reason at all for this not to be happening, Solano's in the doghouse and Rivas is on a tear in AAA. Taylor? Doubt he'd do much but he has to be better than Moore who can't even play the field now.AZOldDawg wrote: ↑Tue Aug 05, 2025 8:00 pmI think it’s time to step up and go clutch. Guys need to narrow the strike zone and do a better job of situational hitting. Brash and Munoz dial in better command and get dominant. We also need to improve the roster by bringing up Rivas, Taylor and Ford and jettison Moore, Saiono and Mr. Excitement

That sounds like something Shannon Drayer and Gary Hill would be in favor of doing.D-train wrote: ↑Wed Aug 06, 2025 1:01 amMichael K. wrote: ↑Tue Aug 05, 2025 6:35 pmAgain, winning series is great....but all it takes is to lose a few in a row and you are right back to .500. Please score a lot of runs.
Please respond with a vengeance for once.
Please don't let the White Sox think they can win.
