FWIW Jorge Polanco is on pace to earn $9.5 million this season working off his base salary of $7 million plus incentives.

According to Cot's Baseball Contracts, Polanco receives performance bonuses of $250,000 each for 250 and 300 plate appearances and performance bonuses of $500,000 each for 350, 400, 450, 500, 550 and 600 plate appearances:

Polanco has made 360 plate appearances to date and FanGraphs projects another 150 plate appearances this season.
