I have no idea why. He had the same scouting report as Sugar Diaz upper 90's peak 100 MPH heat with a nasty slider. He has a 117 ERA+ and has shown ability to dominate both in the minors and at the MLB level. He has 5 walks and 2 hits in 2 outs this season I think the control issue is fixable.
