ESPN is full of shit. They talk about how their recent promotions have been ok but somehow that bolsters the shit they have in the system. They have a couple of decent pitching prospects, but I am not at all impressed.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 2:05 pmESPN farm system ranking, Mets are number one, didn't realize that, Seattle third
https://www.espn.ph/mlb/story/_/id/4607 ... s-mariners3. Seattle Mariners ($302 million)
Preseason rank: 7
The Mariners have quietly put together a great system built on solid scouting and development while not trading their top-tier prospects. Instead, Seattle has dipped into its second tier when needed, such as moving first baseman Tyler Locklear and pitcher Brandyn Garcia to upgrade the lineup at the trade deadline
The Mariners' draft focus a few years ago was heavily on prep position players, but that has shifted a bit to include pitchers, with potential frontline starters Ryan Sloan and Kade Anderson added over the past two summers.

How much more seasoning? 60 games in AA is overdoing it I guess, love how fans bear no responsibilities for mistakes, just tap away at the keyboardHawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 01, 2025 4:25 amHow much more seasoning does this guy need. Who's getting the call on the 1st, that's the major question.

Re: 2025 Prospects Thread
They should rename the team the Seattle Prospects, because that's the only thing about this organization that provides any good vibes.
Re: 2025 Prospects Thread
They are all super young but Arroyo, Laz and Emerson haven't been great vs. AA pitching. No prospects are really generating positive vibes atm.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Fri Sep 05, 2025 3:34 pmThey should rename the team the Seattle Prospects, because that's the only thing about this organization that provides any good vibes.
