Polanco may be the key to the M's Offense
Seems like whenever they have a good offensive game, Polanco is always right in the middle of it. I went through the game logs and Jorge has had hits in 83 of the M's games. In those games they have scored 540 runs for an average of 6.5 runs per game. In the 65 games where Polanco has not had a hit the team has scored 149 runs for an average of 2.3 runs per game. It may seem crazy with all of the other stars on the team but I think Polanco might be the cog that makes this offense tick.

A number of guys have spent times being "the guy" Randy, Cal, Julio, Naylor, Geno, Polo, JP, Canzone, even Young went on a long hot streak to fool us.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Sun Sep 14, 2025 2:26 amcal gets all the attention but Jorge is having a career season as well
Guys that could show up big down the stretch: Robles, Raley, Rivas, etc

Yeah, and that's how I had been looking at it but I realized its the best season of Polanco's career. I hadn't noticed that and to be doing at tmobilePharmabro wrote: ↑Sun Sep 14, 2025 4:58 amA number of guys have spent times being "the guy" Randy, Cal, Julio, Naylor, Geno, Polo, JP, Canzone, even Young went on a long hot streak to fool us.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Sun Sep 14, 2025 2:26 amcal gets all the attention but Jorge is having a career season as well
