I didn't know about his demise. I also coached him in high school basketball along with his older brother.

Either did I. Crazy. We need to start a lost Mariner thread.

If your a mariner player...you have an astronomically huge chance of being stabbed to death or killed by a boat propeller

Two tragedies, up and comers, Halman and Sanchez.

I recall Halman’s debut, big rangy guy, always smiling in the dugout, unspeakable loss.

Which Mariner made six outs in his first three at bats?
Ron Wright. It was also his only three MLB ABs.

Actually wasn't the worst game in M's history though. That dishonor would go to Dylan Moore with four Ks and 3 errors in a game this past season.
I recall Matt Sinatro, weird baserunning play, never saw it before, he was on first, and forced out at second on a base hit to right!

Its mind boggling. I can not physically listen to him on the radio I have to turn it off because his delivery is so grating. The man can't speak in complete sentences and he has to pause every three or 4 words to think about what he wants to say next. He is brutally bad.

“Dude, the guy was up for a cup of coffee, and hit a buck and change!”

Dann Howitt.
Howitt's slam landed the next section over from me.
I too was at that game, I wonder if Dann Howitt is the only player named Dann?

Like a Kenn Griffey, a Kyll Seager, or Omarr Vizquel.
There was Donn Clendenon, who I think was probably closest.

Matt Sinatro will always be among my favorite Mariners of all time, if only for the simple act of grabbing Paul O'Neill and pummeling the snot out of him behind home plate.
