And for the second week in a row? A team losses because some idiot drops the ball before scoring a long TD. Makes the option play by us look smart. That hurts the worst, in my opinion. That is completely indefensible. Tampa played real well today. I think our defense is too conservative, but it is what it is. I think the offense is too conservative, but it is what it is. But running speed option there is just stupid.

The missed FG today is exactly the same scenario as last week. Just double down and expect a different result. You can't just go 2nd and long draw and short pass on 3rd down every down you get behind the sticks. Done it twice, missed the FG anyway both times.

Lots be like about today, but I sure don't like some of our timid and conservative philosophies. And I hate that we can basically just count on losing at home now.

It's possible TB was the best team we've played so far.
I'm still butt hurt how badly they played in the first half. Penalties being most of the problem.
I knew it was just a matter of time before Darnold got picked. I wasn't surprised at all it happened.
We were leaning on him to do too much.

After the sting wears off, the real story is going to be just how banged up the defense actually is.
