There's no libraries or internet cafes, bars or places to buy a laptop around here, generally I'm ordering stuff like that shipped. I don't have a signal so didn't have much use for a phone. My internet is satelite. Why they need it for three days is a mystery. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Damn I am pretty sure I would have just bought a new vs. not be able to watch us possible clinch a trip to the WS.

What can you stream on a laptop that you can't stream on a smartphone?

Or, go to the library and use a computer like a dirty bum

btw this is day 48 that my Kia has been in the shop. Yesterday the BBB informed me that Kia is willing to buy the car back but it might take 60 days for the process to play out. So that means I lose ~$6k and lost Uber funds after already losing almost $5k.

Don't buy a Kia.

Really, it sounds like life in the Philippines, tolerance, patience, putting up with whatever. This isn't the place for someone that demands action lol.

The one thing they have here are places to fix stuff. Whatever it is, umbrellas, plastic sandals, table fans. Stuff doesn't get tossed out it gets fixed. It will be interesting if they can fix it
