I am leaving Wenatchee in 45 minutes to meet a dude I met on the internets in Cle Elum to go to the game. Please God make this a happy $700 journey.

Seems to me we have been living in "Live by the sword. Die by the sword" mode all season. Our lack of plate discipline and failure to execute small ball when needed is biting us in the ass. Most of that seems mental so let's see what happens the rest of the way.

While I understand what you are saying? In the last two games they have given up more runs than innings pitched! Small ball isn't beating 13 and 8 runs given up by your leg pissing staff.

Any chance you can make a phone call and get this 503 Error fixed before the game?

I'd like to see some really long at bats early in the game to hopefully wear down the starter.

Three straight starts where our vaunted starting pitchers were all cooked by the third inning, and now we have to hope that Miller's game 1 wasn't a fluke.

It's one thing to have lost these past two games, but it's like watching the 1919 White Sox out there. I'm surprised that Naylor wasn't tippy-toeing his way to third like Chick Gandil in Eight Men Out.

Sorry guys, I just have the worst feeling about how this is going to go.
