I disagree , look at pitching value and his durability. He is making 20 million and still has that value or close. They may not get much of a return but assume their goal would be to create salary space

He is going to be 33 and has an ERA+ of 104 over the last 2 years. Who is going to pay 20 Million for an old pitcher who is barely above league average. BTV has him valued at -7.4.

Red Sox just gave up 2 prospects for Sonny grey and paying him basically 41 million for 1 year and I believe Castillo is as good and younger.Cardinals payed 20 mil of it

Thanks. I bought chains a few hours ago for the low low price of almost $200. Yeah, it's so subjective, a tiny market with a ton of variables. Dipoto has shown an ability to put together deals.
