Around the League
Re: Around the League
That was even more insane than our Comeback. Bears had a 0.5% chance to win before the onside kick.

It wasn't even a good onside kick. Schoolboy stuff from the Packers. Two magnificent games this week, though.

The Peckers went limp late in that one.
Re: Around the League
Just watched the FudgePackers get cornholed by the stripes in Chicago against Da Bears. This whole league is rigged. Fine me and fuck Pete Rozelle and George Halas and Ditka

Didn't we already see this exact script in the 2014 playoff game? I mean even the game winner - the long over the shoulder catch with the defender draped all over him in the endzone after an improbable onside kick recovery after a packer totally botched it. Crazy how eerily similar these were. It's deja vu all over again for Cheeseheads.
Re: Around the League
Yep history repeats in Bizarre fashion. Dat's a shame. lol Packers also had the facemask that kept hope alive for the Bears and then the fumbled snap on 4th down in OT. Far worse of a loss than the Rams endured.auroraave wrote: ↑Sun Dec 21, 2025 2:42 pmDidn't we already see this exact script in the 2014 playoff game? I enjoyed watching that game with passive no-fuck interest. The pieces are forming like a witch's brewD-train wrote: ↑Sun Dec 21, 2025 3:27 pmYep history repeats in Bizarre fashion. for the playoffs and our Seahawks are a main ingredient. I'll be captivated until it's over or we are knocked out.
Then the long wait until September again.
Does anyone else seem to remember the NFL used to do a better job of "flexing games" and prime viewing
opportunities as the year came to a close? They seem to have regressed in this respect. That and their pre-season
choices for holiday streaming games failed miserably. Here we are about to see the Cowboys again on Christmas
when we also saw them on Thanksgiving and they are out of the playoffs.
