After Mike Leake retires from baseball he is going to write a book about how to make a fortune while being consistently nediocre at your profession.
He will have made $100 million when he retires so he won't need to write a book for money.

Interesting base running move by Bruce. Odd given there was two outs but made it easily. Why don't more guys to that with only no outs. Especially fast guys?
What did he do?
He was on second and took third on a Ground ball to third. Chapman looked him back but he still made it easily.

It will be a very(?) mediocre book so it won't require much time or effort to write.

Wasn't Dipoto down on him because of his long hair? I hope he's enjoying watching him tear it up now.

I don't know. He doesn't seem to have a problem with Leake despite the fact he looks like he is part of a Civil War reenactment Club that meets twice a week.

Well, how about Jay Bruce?! They should trade him now while he's batting over .200.

Aaron Boone apparently doesn't know Paxton very well.......
The Yankees hope to have James Paxton back in the rotation this week, but Aaron Boone acknowledged Sunday the left-hander may have to deal with discomfort the rest of the season.
“I don’t know,” Boone said when asked if Paxton would be able to get rid of the soreness near his MCL that sent him to the injured list. “We’ll see. We hope it’s something that when he comes back and is pitching, it’s something that continues to improve over time. There is the possibility it could be one of those things he’s got to grind through.”
Its almost June and he has thrown less than 40 innings. He might not even hit 100 this season.

Had the same thought. His OPS is almost .800 as well.
