I think this whole thing turns on injury risk. I saw part of a JS interview the other day where he was asked about the RB position and it's all he talked about, the beating they take. The dilemma being Walker wanting more reps which only increases the likelihood of injuries. The reason Walker is no longer a Seahawk is that combination.douche wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 5:37 pmDoes anyone else think that Walker peaked early? Dude can play, he's already won a SB and was SB MVP, but lots of players hang around the league for years and never get a sniff of a championship. Other than the money, it could end up being all downhill from here.
Time will tell.

Ironically he was injured when sharing reps with Charbs and he didn't have a single injury (SSS) once Charbs was injured. Charbs will miss more games than Walker has in his career.. Weird and wacky stuff.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 5:57 pmI think this whole thing turns on injury risk. To be clear, I'm not referring to him peaking as a player. I'm referring to the notion that he won it all so early in his career. As mentioned, many players never get close to a Super Bowl ring.trharder wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 5:57 pmYes, time will tell, but as far as I know he will be full health going into next season.douche wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2026 5:37 pmDoes anyone else think that Walker peaked early? Also, I thought he was getting more patient and reading/trusting his blocking better. He's 25yo.

JS was on the radio about an hour ago talking up Holani and the new GB guy. Of course the dopes didn't even ask him about the draft....

You guys think I am bad. Phillies dumped Dmo hitting .172 with a .472 OPS in ST and all the sappy M's fans are begging the M's to sign him.

Moore triggered his opt-out didn't he?
Dylan Moore has triggered the opt-out clause in his contract, starting a 48-hour clock and forcing the club to decide whether his versatility is worth a spot on the 40-man roster.

I am sure the Phillies are stressing about this decision WAY more than the Hawks did about Walker...lolDonn Beach wrote: ↑Fri Mar 20, 2026 2:21 amMoore triggered his opt-out didn't he?

I wonder who came of with the term "Room" when referring to position groups. It sure has caught on like wild fire with no end in sight.
