Good AB by Cole against their closer.

I think we'll see offense wake up in Anaheim and Texas.

Logan and Kirby aren’t real good right now either
Fried and Schlittler are better than any Mariner starting pitcher. I don't really see how we could beat the Yankees in a 5 or 7 game series right now.

That last pitch to Julio was a 92 MPH mistake hanger right down the middle...and Julio whiffed. I guess he got his one clutch hit for the year.

Good to see some fight in the team though, looked like Young was going to save the day there.

I wonder if some of these guys need to just camp out in the batting cages for a while. There was a story about Joey Votto that he would sometimes spend hours in the cage in front of the pitching machine, not hitting necessarily, but just watching the balls as they come and trying to track the spin. And you know, they have these Traject machines now that show an image of the pitcher so that you can see his specific delivery.

I'd love to see Robles get a few hits and let that speed and hustle shine again. He was a game changer for us for a couple months.

Raley seems to be getting back to the guy he was also.

Would love to see them force a little more playing time over Refsnyder's literal one-dimensional play.
