In no order.

1. Clowney

2. Arik Armstead

Dude grades out at a 90 on PFF, has shown he can rush the passer. Plus the ability to take talent away from Frisco is all the more pleasing. Offer Clowney the most then amp it up & offer Armstead double figures. Those 2 bookends holy shit.

3. Austin Hooper or Hunter Henry. I would say Henry if it weren't for the injuries so that's a huge question mark. Hooper would make a good compliment to Hollister & Dissly.
Arik Armstead isn't what they defense needs. They are missing more of a speed rusher. His game is closer to Clowney . Hawks need like a Ngakoue or Barrett to compliment Clowney at the 5 tech. Mathew Judon might be available in a trade.

Not sure they need to spend FA money on a TE. They need a healthy Dissly .

Barrett is a OLB in 3-4 could he fit as a DE in a 4-3. Dissly is one slip from being done. I'd say its a priority at this point. I'd add one not only in FA but also in draft. Could we afford Ngakoue?

The Hawks defense in its purest form is a 4-3 UNDER with 3-4 personnel. So Barrett and Ngakoue would fit 8n perfectly at the LEO opposite Clowney at the 5 tech ala Chris Clemons. They went away from this with the emergence of Bennett/Avril .

Ngakoue and/or Bennett is going to be pricey. But yes they can . I think it is vital to not only sign Clowney but build around him with another star...not a POS like Ansah.

Dissly is 23 yo...he'll heal. I don't think the future of the Seahawks TE position is a plug and play scenario. Dissly is special. When he was healthy there was a smattering of him possibly being the best. He had the best stats before he went down . There is some real genius in his ability to read coverages. He has a chemistry with Wilson.

Talk of needing a pure speed end vs. a solid all-around DE like Armstead seems a little off to me.
Not sure one-hand Shaq couldnt develop into that role (started coming on at year-end when given a chance and focused solely as a DPR).
i like Armstead over Ngakoue, as stated because you're taking from Niners, but also have heard that despite his stats, Ngakoue is not all that explosive, perhaps benefiting much from being paired with Campbell.
For that matter, might we have a go at Calais - has long been a force against us, and might appreciate another shot at a title run in the twilight of his career.
of course if the deal for Von Miller is more than just a pipe dream, that's even better - one of the few true "stars", wonder if he might have been one of the guys Russell was hinting at.

What the Hawks need is some to make offenses pay dearly for shifting protections to Clowney. Armstead is not that player. He is exactly what they have now in Jefferson, Jackson or Green. Now you want to talk about benefiting from playing with other DE.. Armstead never even came close to sniffing 10 sacks until this season. He could be had on the cheap (maybe) But not anywhere near the type of impact player that Ngakoue is. Ngakoue was productive before Campbell was there. Calais maybe. Depends on what (and how much) it would take to acquire him.

Barrett is gamble. He might not ever be as effective as he was this year. I am keeping the Von Miller pipe dream alive well into the trade deadline next year

What are the odds that Becton falls. Take him in the first then Ruiz (Michigan) in the 2nd.

That would be a perfect draft. There's Creed Humphrey too. And others. There is alot of hype around Becton now. I'm skeptical that we'll be able to draft him. We have to wait . DK was supposed to go in the top 10. How'd that one work out?
