So... nothing on this either? Got it...
Trump sues the IRS... of which he appoints the Commissioner of Internal Revenue that has been making rounds on Fox News, CNN, etc. for weeks for his benefit... for leaking his tax returns, via his own DOJ and attorney general, who used to be his personal lawyer, for $10B. His appointed DOJ settles with the IRS (ran by his personal lap dog) for $1.8B that he is now going to give to January 6th protestors and people he deems to have been unfairly prosecuted by the Biden administration. So he's essentially stealing $1.8B of tax payer money to give to J6ers...
On top of this, his attorney general/DOJ come to the agreement in this settlement that the United States is no longer allowed to investigate any tax issues related to Trump, his business, or his family members until the end of time.
All coming off news that Trump's financial team are placing tens of thousands trades on stocks of businesses that he then turns around and promotes on his social media platform and benefit directly from his policies.
And not a peep on the Seattle Times politics forum...

Is it true Trump and his sons and businesses were given immunity from IRS audits forever as part of the settlement?
This X post is exactly how I feel.

So this is your shtick: something happens in political news, in this case something that's nowhere near the top of the list of political news that catches the public consciousness, and you go onto the Politics Forum where in the last eight months only one thread has been started by someone other than me or you, and go WHY AREN'T YOU GUYS TALKING ABOUT IT like you're flexing or something, no doubt while sitting at your computer with no clothes on.Seattle or Bust wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2026 8:34 pmTrump sues the IRS... of which he appoints the Commissioner of Internal Revenue that has been making rounds on Fox News, CNN, etc. for weeks for his benefit... for leaking his tax returns, via his own DOJ and attorney general, who used to be his personal lawyer, for $10B. Yet you said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when Biden pardoned his entire criminal family when he PROMISED he would NEVER do that.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Thu May 21, 2026 5:57 pmSo this is your shtick: something happens in political news, in this case something that's nowhere near the top of the list of political news that catches the public consciousness, and you go onto the Politics Forum where in the last eight months only one thread has been started by someone other than me or you, and go WHY AREN'T YOU GUYS TALKING ABOUT IT like you're flexing or something, no doubt while sitting at your computer with no clothes on.Seattle or Bust wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2026 8:34 pm

Your level of hypocrisy is unbelievable.
Re: So... nothing on this either? Got it...
Whatever you people think Joe Biden did that was inappropriate pales in comparison to what Trump or his family do in any given week. This is the most incompetent and corrupt administration in the history of the country.
Re: So... nothing on this either? Got it...
Instead of throwing around grandiose statements that say nothing, how about listing and/or proving the incompetence and corruption and then we can make up our own minds? Remember, the Dems and Biden are the same party that loves illegal aliens, loves men in womens sports and locker rooms, love chemically castrating children, loves burning down/looting/destroying cities with their peaceful riots, loves to shut down free speech whenever it suits them, and in Biden's case, loves to scoop up large suitcases of cash through his son's illegal practices. This coming from a party that talks about murdering Trump every single day, and then wonders why assassins take shots at him, and would kill a peaceful man like Charlie Kirk. This is who you want to be identified with?

I don't know man, I'm thinking that James Buchanan, the guy who led the country into a civil war, might hold that dinstinction. But that's just me. I'm one of those crazy people who believes that it isn't a requirement that the best or worst of anything HAS to be something within the last ten years. Also, he's been elected twice which kind of disqualifies him from being lumped in with Buchanan, Warren Harding, Andrew Johnson, et al.
