Personally I'd rather trade Kirby than Hancock.
Kirby has the talent but he's a freakin head case.
Besides he's an east coast boy he'll never resign with Seattle he wants to be a Yankee.

Get bold Jerry or go home. Even better...get out of town! 8-)

We probably swap bad contracts with the Mets or something.
Castillo for Polanco I heard today. Ha!

Or maybe we get a mid level reliever for Hancock?
Let's see how he pitches tonight vs. the Dodgers.
Bet there will be a few scouts watching this one.

Jerry is betting on the return of his boy Donovan.

I'd be selling off our pitchers for bats like it was going out of style.

Sign/draft pitching, trade/draft for bats. It's just what they have to do because no actual bats are going to come here willingly. You're going to get the Josh Naylor's to sign here.
Naylor played his cards right in the offseason, talking up how much he liked being here. I'm sure that played a part in his 5-year deal, setting him up for life.
Definitely played his cards right. Especially when we saw what Ryan Ohearn signed for (2yr/$29M).

O'Hearn had an .803 OPS in 2025.
Naylor had an .813 OPS in 2025 and got 5yrs/$92.5M

But Naylor's shoes and belts are bedazzled so Dave Cameron loved him...

Is the great, masked, deformed one pronounced:

Jee-moe-thee
Gi-muhth-ee
or
Hee-moth-y

I'd like to be politically, culturally and racially correct.

I'd be willing to take a chance on Bo Bichette if they throw in Juan Soto!

They can even have Julio and Naylor in return.

Per usual, division opponents outpace and seemingly conspire against the M's.

M's have not made a trade with the Angels since Nam.
