Pretty clear the new OC wants to run smash mouth football but the Hawks don't have the personnel for it.

This offensive line hasn't been able to power block dating back to the end of the Carroll era.

Also seems strange to continually rush power to the right when Christian Haynes is your right guard... but what do I know.
