So my question is why a sworn affidavit now? Why not just say he wasn't involved original police report?

Story in the Miami Herald saying there are statements from witnesses saying he had no part in it. Wow, someone is going to look very bad here. I'm hoping it isn't Dunbar.

They have four victims who provided sworn statements under oath about what transpired.
Yep, very interesting. I wonder who is lying? Couldn't possibly be the attorney! :lol:
