Without googling, etc. can anyone tell me the last Washington race horse to be named horse of the year.

Heza Dasha Fire was national Quarter Horse of the year in 201. Owned by my teaching and coaching best friend Don Meneely out of Kennewick. I was fortunate enough to attend the Championship Race and get in the winner's circle picture.
