This narrative that Seattle doesn't get out of the first round is utter nonsense. Since 2010, when PC/JS took over, Seattle has gotten out of the first round SEVEN times. How that equates to 'never getting out of the first round' is some really interesting math. 2018 was the only year they didn't get out of the first round - and in 2017 and 2013 they didn't qualify for the playoffs. Playoffs 8 out of ten seasons. Out of the first round 7 out of those 8 seasons. But yeah, they never get out of the first round. They flew cross country with a roster decimated by injuries last year - and still got out of the first round. So, getting out of the first round seven out of eight times = never getting out of the first round. lol!Donn Beach wrote: ↑Sun Aug 09, 2020 2:03 amI know the criticism is they don't get out of the first round of the playoffs. But to me its a pretty remarkable blend of evolving the team, keeping it young, as well as being considered to be going for it season after season.
here comes the 'yeah, but they never get out of the second round' arguments... lmfao! The sky is falling!!!
