To be fair, he basically said him and Bishop are tied. But he's on pace for 25 HR in a pitcher friendly league. He doesn't have quite the speed and arm as Bishop, but I'll take the power over the arm strength if we're taking about upside.

Id probably put him there. Its tough to say between him and Marte. Because of such a small sample size, and unsure position, I'd put Fraley above Marte. If Marte can stick in the IF at SS (or even if he bulks up for more power and can play 3B), then he gets the edge.
