I'll take either of them. I am just glad they are rid of the worst hitting everyday player in the history of the game. Zunino is hitting .181 with a .561 OPS for the Rays this season.

He should have retired on top with that .518 OPS in aught 3.

Rumor has it that one of Bergen's two HR's was on a ball that didn't clear the fence but rolled under a fence into a nearby farmers adjacent field where it was promptly eaten by one of his Hogs.

So yes, the only inside the Porker in baseball history. :)

Trade Murphy. He's been good enough that his trade value is at an all time high (I know, that's not saying much). M's have two "capable" back-ups in AAA while waiting for Raleigh to sink or swim.
Austin Nola has never been better in his career, is that complimentary RHB to Omar's LHB plus Nola plays 1B, 3B and as recently as 2016 also played SS & 2B. While catching this season for Tacoma he is throwing out 43% of would-be base thieves. Take advantage of him while he's is hitting his stride.
Switch-hitting Jose Lobaton, 34 going on 35 in October has 9 years of MLB experience, possibly future coach material. He is pleading to get one last shot in the Majors. I see his spirit wavering; that one last chance in The Show would be infectious and he's got the coolest name ever.

   I can just see Seattle Mariner's Manager Jose Manuel Lobaton rushing out of the dugout and making Angel Hernandez eat home plate while sticking up for Kelenic in 2021 :!: :!: :!:

Guessing Murphy is a bit outside of JD's realm of consciousness in terms of priorities regarding guys he needs to trade........

Yes, but his inclusion in a trade package (or something 3-way) could facilitate moving EE or Leake, etc. in a transaction if another team had a need for a catcher.
