I don't know what happened to Schneider but he's been one of the worst drafting GMs since 2013 and he doesn't even seem able to make prudent FA acquisitions anymore. And he gave up a boatload for Adams with no guarantee he'll stay here.
It comes from picking at the bottom of the draft each year. Look at the drafts...look at the players selected around the time the Hawks picked....no really good players except Lamar Jackson and TJ Watt were selected around the Hawks draft picks. You know what other teams drafts have sucked?? New England is always picking down with the Hawks

Its Funny, This morning I listened to danny O'Neil go on for 10 minutes about how great the Offensive line is and how Brandon Shell is the best player on the line.

The line has done real well....I think Shell has his issue in Pass Pro though. I don't think he has been the best. That being said, I don't break down every play or look at the line much until the protection breaks down. I also don't like Danny Boy! :D

His PFF grade dropped to 62.1 after the game vs Dallas. He stinks.

He blocked on Twitter for calling him a virtue signally Soy Boy. Such a little whiny punk.

Surprises me that Simmons is that low...he didn't stand out on Sunday, which for a lineman is usually a good thing. By those numbers, maybe we should have just saw what Jones has to offer? I kind of understand the Center we got from the Steelers. I mean, they couldn't have possibly known he wouldn't pick up the offense. But good Lord, the rest of the off season signings made little sense at the time and even less now.

Yep. Simmons is a small sample so I would disregard. The others are pretty solid. My apologies to Brown for calling him old. lol

The question is, is it Schneider or is it Pete? Keep in mind, PC was the one that hired Schneider. So does that mean PC has final say on draft choices, and if so, is he the one to blame for the less than stellar drafts the past few years? Maybe both of them together? The Hawks have such an unusual management structure, it's hard to know who's really in charge.
