okay, but that wasn't fraud and it wouldn't change the election
It would be Democrats going outside the constitution.

Rudy's lawsuit concerns 650,000 ineligible ballots. That would change the state result.

These lawsuits are the jab not the right hook. That's coming with the revelation of the Dominion voting fraud. And yes, for those still doubting, we can call it fraud because the 8,000 or so votes that were switched (that we know about) all went to Biden. Glitches don't have bias.
its not about democrats going outside the constitution, its about interpretation of law by the state supreme court, and it doesn't involve 650,000 votes

due to the fact that the state’s court implemented election laws that the state legislature did not approve.

“I do think that Trump will win the Pennsylvania lawsuit … namely, the lawsuit that challenges ballots that were filed before the end of Election Day, but not received until after Election Day,” Dershowitz noted.

“The [Pennsylvania] legislature had basically said no to that, and the state Supreme Court said yes because of the pandemic,

It includes both the votes and how the election was carried out unlawfully.
The Post‘s Jon Swaine and Elise Viebeck reported that the Trump campaign was abandoning the claim that election authorities invalidated over 600,000 votes by barring Trump election observers from watching the count.

That left a much smaller part of the case — namely, that Democratic-run counties allowed voters to “cure” problems with their mailed-in ballots, while Republican counties, following rules laid down by the state legislature, did not.

But Trump campaign legal adviser Jenna Ellis, who appeared on Breitbart News Sunday on Sirius XM Patriot 125 shortly after the Post story came out, disputed its claims.

Pull your heads out of your ass and stop relying on what the fake news tells you.

talking to me?...I was referring to the Alan Dershowitz comment, it was specific to one aspect, not concerned about what they tossed out or not, that can go to court with it if they want to bother

It's all starting to unravel.
Remember that executive order I posted here earlier.
That shit is still in effect.
Trump called an emergency with his legal team tonight.
He's about to spill the goods.
Going to be epic!
Store up some food and water, protect yourself, stay out the cities.
With that said I appreciate your prayers as I live in the boogeydown Bronx.

They are stupid if they certify and later found to be complicit. I guess we'll see.

"But the CISA said it was the most secure election in history!" they said.

All about misdirection and trying to cover their asses.

exactly...come up with some evidence

John Bolton said he believes "it's very important for leaders of the Republican Party to explain to our voters, who are not as stupid as the Democrats think, that in fact Trump has lost the election and his claims of election fraud are baseless."

"The fact is that we've seen litigation in all the key battleground states, and it has failed consistently," Bolton said. "Right now the Trump campaign is doing the legal equivalent of pitching pennies. Where are their silver dollars? Where is the evidence?"

Bolton said that as each day passes, it has become "clearer and clearer there isn't any evidence."

You ask for evidence and then give a quote from John Bolton who's not in any way connected with the election.

There's all kinds of evidence. You say show me and then keep looking away.

LOL who are you going to quote next, Don Lemon, Nancy, Adam Schiff. I stopped following the details but using a Bolton quote is as worthless as using a Giuliani quote.
