The Trump campaign only has 4 lawsuits in court (start at 5:00 minute mark). The fake news mainstream media keeps saying his team has lost 30+ cases already, which is baloney.

Good interview. Jenna Ellis lays out an interesting strategy hoping the legislatures in these states actually do the right thing.
Well, she has more faith in them than I do. I watched that hearing in Michigan and all of those people I wanted to personally punch out.
They seamed to not understand their jobs at all. Juliany had to remind them of the constitutional duties and they still had that dipshit look on their faces afterward. I still have a good feeling about Arizona & Georgia. PA? Might have to go up to SCOTUS to get anything done.

Remember, this option only works, if the vote is not certified and the legislature pick their own electors.
Pretty risky if you ask me. There is this idea that the legislature and other state officials could send two sets of electors to congress in January.
At that point congress could reject that state's vote since there was not a reliable/resolved count.
The house could accept however, one vote per state, which in that scenario favors Trump as President.
If GOP loses control of the senate majority, via this GA runoff, then democrats would elect the Vice President who could be Kamala.
So in that weird series of events...you would have President Trump with Vice President Kamala Harris.
Personally, I don't think it'll ever get that far. A day of reckoning is coming for all this criminal activity and wasting America's freaking time!

L. Wood is going after Sterling on Twitter this morning:
Wood wrote:Also interesting is @GabrielSterling

for inciting violence. Errant nonsense.

Old Gabriel is setting up scenario to blame our President for street violence planned by Communists as part of a color revolution.

Lock Gabriel up.

Michigan judge orders the auditing of 22 Dominion machines in his state:

Finally... at least 6,000 votes were switched by these machines in MI. What do you wanna bet they find more when all 22 machines are audited?

Simple question that has been asked here ad nauseum....

If no evidence of widespread fraud exists, and the videos and stats have been "debunked" as they say,
then why pray tell me, does the Biden campaign have a small army of attorneys fighting in court?
Perform the audits. Be transparent. Gain the trust of 75 million Americans. But I digress.

“A lot of people don’t understand,” Brooks explained. “They think the courts resolve these disputes. That is false, OK? Courts can influence the outcome, no question like they did in the year 2000. But in the United States Constitution, Article 1 — Sections 4 and 5, Article 2 and the 12th Amendment, the United States Congress has absolute final say on election contests that involve any federal elected position. That’s the House, that’s the Senate and that’s the White House. I’m hopeful that we will exercise that authority and protect the sanctity of our voting system and stop the election theft that is undermining credibility of our republic.”

“The procedure is on January 6 at one o’clock, states will submit to the United States Congress with Vice President Mike Pence presiding, so it is a joint session, the states will submit to Congress their purported Electoral College vote results,” he continued. “And it is done in alphabetical order, and at any point in time, if one House member and one Senator file a joint objection, then the submissions by other states are stopped. We immediately take a two-hour recess from the joint Congress. The Senate goes back to their Senate chambers. The House stays on the House side. We have two hours of debate. At the conclusion of that two hours, we must have a House floor vote, and we must have a Senate floor vote on whether to accept or reject a state’s Electoral College vote submission.”

Sounds like Biden's presidential run will end on January 6th... if not before.

Hawk.
Our founders put all of these "checks" in place in order to stop corruption.
However, in our time there is corruption at every level.
On a scale of 1 to 100...I have "zero" faith in Congress at this point including the Republican party.
I have to hope that this is settled before then. You know what I want.
Thx 4 sharing that.

I share your pessimism. However, at least with the scenario listed above by Mo Brooks, it only takes one house member and one senator to call for a vote. I want to see that vote where everyone has to go on record. The debate will be between removing illegal ballots and 'count every vote.' The public pressure by Republicans and Independents and even some Democrats will be intense to force them to do the right thing. If they don't they will be slaughter bait in 2022.

The election is supposed to be a combination of the people (popular vote) and Congress (elected officials). The people in Congress have a job to do. They don't want to be the decision makers but that's what the constitution requires. In fact, I think this the route SCOTUS will take... kick it back to Congress and force them to decide. In that scenario, either way, it will probably be the biggest decision made since deciding to go to war with the Nazis and empyreal Japan.

I like what Trump is doing with a small legal team vs what the Democrats are trying to defend with hundreds of lawyers. They have fires to put out in all six battle ground states. Every time they brag about a lawsuit dismissed they have two more to deal with. The left believes that they can suppress the fraud enough just long enough to run out the clock.

Plan B will have to be some sort kinetic activity, taking by force. But as we learned from CNN's own reporting, there are tons of undercover federal agents all over DC and other metropolitan cities. The business' are all boarded up. Everyone is expecting a brawl with law enforcement. However, several factors could prevent that... it's not summer anymore for one. Activists have to be willing to suffer through the cold, make sacrifices that they haven't made to date. The other factor is money. It takes money to organize these people into a stir. It also takes average joes who are not really committed to the cause to drop off. It was fun during the summer when all you had to do was carry a sign and hurl some profanity at the cops. It's easy to abandon the battle field once bullets start flying.

Antifa and BLM are paper tigers. They don't have any real muscle. If they try to take over precincts and government buildings like they did over the summer, they will be met with a different response from federal agents. Play time will be over. Hopefully, but that depends on Barr... we'll see how he turns out in a couple weeks, as Trump said.

I'm thinking that the left's plan for going kinetic involves Iran. Think about about the top nuclear scientist killed in Iran. The carrier group sent into the gulf region. Israel preparing for a counter strike. Mike Pompeo making a visit to the West Bank, something a Secretary of State has never done before. Iran is one of the most effective cyber warfare states. Iran was involved in manipulating votes with Dominion according to Sidney Powell.

China has the most to gain from a Biden presidency. Our countries are so connected now after 20 years of sell out that it's like fighting another man in a phone booth. We have to untangle ourselves before we can really fight them. We learned during the pandemic that all of our antibiotics were produced in China. How could we let that happen?

Good rally in GA.
A few observations.
Trump continues to point towards something happening in a few weeks.
What exactly IT is remains to be seen?
From the mouth the heart speaks.
His words in the rally speech:
"Well in a few weeks we're going to do something about it". (addressing election fraud)
"We have so much evidence we don't know what to do with it."
"In a few weeks you're not going to be so happy". (to the MSM cameras in the back)
"2024? No, I'm not waiting until 2024 to fix it, I want to go back to the office in 3 weeks". (responding to tv reporter's question)
"First the Russian Hoax, then the fake impeachment, now this joke of an election, and it's not funny, we're not going to let them get away with it."
He showed no mercy on the governors for Arizona and Georgia tonight either. Sounds like they have about a week and a half to save their ass.
