Very educational take on the internal war going on now between the DOD under DJT vs. the CIA.

Trump is the first president since FDR to take on the CIA.
Kennedy was the last. We know what happened to him.

It looks like this election will come down to the Texas lawsuit before SCOTUS. Nearly every state has taken a side at this point. Best five out of nine wins.

The elections in Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are so saturated with fraud that the only remedy is to have a new election in those states. I don't think SCOTUS will be able to decide whether Trump or Biden is the winner. The court has to intervene and make a decision as to whether the election was legal in certain states. The states that went outside the constitution have to do some sort of remedy.

The goal of the lawsuit isn't to have the SCOTUS decide - it's for them to kick the delegation of electorates to the legislature of those four states - all of whom are Republican dominated. If there is any indication of any election fraud - there is an article in the Constitution that gives the states the right and duty to dismiss the vote count and decide whom to give the electorates to. That is the goal. This is straight up Constitutional Law - defending the Constitution and exercising State's rights. Texas lawsuit basically says those four states' elections were not done properly - within their own laws - leading to incompetence, the results of that incompetence brings harm to Texas' citizens, all the citizens of the states in the suit, (since it was a Federal election). Those four state's inability to manage their elections within their very own laws, equals Incompetence, (they changed voting laws right before the election - which can only be done by the state legislature, but wasn't), which led to fraud, which triggers the article calling for those four states' legislatures to dismiss the vote and determine where their electorates go.

It's going to get even more interesting if that Spy Scandal dude gets kicked out of the senate and the seat flips red. The GOP flipped a lot of house seats - even four here in California, which is unheard of, but looks to be a growing trend across the country.

In case you hadn't guessed, I'm not a constitutional law expert. This is confusing for me in that if the state legislatures have the power to assign electors, and they're all controlled by Republicans in these battleground states, why does SCOTUS need to decide? The state legislatures should over rule the governors and election officials who illegally changed the election rules.
