The goal of the lawsuit isn't to have the SCOTUS decide - it's for them to kick the delegation of electorates to the legislature of those four states - all of whom are Republican dominated. If there is any indication of any election fraud - there is an article in the Constitution that gives the states the right and duty to dismiss the vote count and decide whom to give the electorates to.
In case you hadn't guessed, I'm not a constitutional law expert. This is confusing for me in that if the state legislatures have the power to assign electors, and they're all controlled by Republicans in these battleground states, why does SCOTUS need to decide? The state legislatures should over rule the governors and election officials who illegally changed the election rules.
You're exactly right. The legislature can take back that power and pick their own electors right now but they like everyone else is afraid.
They want SCOTUS to give them that "permission" although they already possess it. Ridiculous!
Nothing will stop what is coming.

Ask yourself...why are the MSM now covering the Biden corruption?
I get the timing...they thought they maybe could squeeze him through...but Trump did not quit.
People are awake to the fraud now. Support even amongst the jelly-spined GOP is consolidating now.
They have to have a scapegoat for why he can't get into office.
Why the attack on Harris though? She has not given up her Senate seat, right?

Ah that makes sense. Making a decision against Republicans doesn't come at much cost, even if you're a Republican. Take a position against Democrats, however, and you can expect people to try to destroy your life.

Seems like SCOTUS is also playing the 'don't want to decide' game.

Perhaps the Dem strategy is to hope Biden takes office - and then he resigns due to these 'scandals', leaving Harris in charge. If the Dems are certain Biden is headed to the White House, why even bother releasing any statements at all acknowledging Hunter's situation? What advantage is gained? Nothing - unless it is to compromise Joe Biden and force him out - leaving Kamala in charge.

I'm still trying to figure out why the FBI just admitted to having Seth Rich's laptop. Why in the world would they need to release that information now? What is the value? As a distraction? Are they trying to get ahead of it? It is very curious that Harris hasn't given up her senate seat yet. If the election is overturned, and that's a big if, what happens to Harris? is she damaged goods to the Dems, or is she their future?

These two admissions coming out now - the timing is very very curious to me.

Anyone see that unhinged Michigan politician straight up threatening Trump supporters? Holy shit. Throw in that dude banging that Chinese spy - this is straight up out of a movie.

Well, the MSM doesn't cover bad news on Democrats unless they absolutely have to. This change suggests that the Hunter Biden investigation will have some developments in the near future. Both Hunter and Joe's brother are under investigation. We all know that the corruption doesn't get to jump street without Joe Biden. The president-elect doesn't qualify for even low level security clearance.
Why the attack on Harris though? She has not given up her Senate seat, right?
Good question. Another one is why hasn't Gavin Newsome nominated a replacement?

I'm still trying to figure out why the FBI just admitted to having Seth Rich's laptop. Why in the world would they need to release that information now? What is the value? As a distraction? Are they trying to get ahead of it? It is very curious that Harris hasn't given up her senate seat yet. If the election is overturned, and that's a big if, what happens to Harris? is she damaged goods to the Dems, or is she their future?

It's like pulling a string on a rug. The more you pull the more the rug unravels.

Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch is the main reason we have the information on Seth Rich. About a year ago, the FBI finally admitted that they had an investigation on Seth. The bureau lied for years until that point. Now we learn that they have his laptop... something that was suspected for a long time.

Here's the deal... Seth Rich was Wikileaks source for the DNC emails. He worked for the DNC, downloaded the emails onto a thumb drive and delivered the documents via drop box. He was murdered a few days after that happened.

At the same time that the FBI was trying to build a bogus Russian agent case against Trump, they knew that Rich was the informant and that Russia had nothing to do with the email theft. Imagine how the last four years would be different had this information come out at the time. Rich was murdered to protect the Russia Russia Russia narrative.

The FBI needs to be dismantled after this. So does the media for not only not reporting the Rich case but actively spreading disinformation surrounding the murder.

Very interesting information on potential election fraud in Washington State:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-NOrIQU17k

Start at the 12 minute mark. Dr. Pidgeon talks about a lawsuit filed by candidate for governor, Culp, seeking a full audit of the state.

WA state unemployment was compromised by a Nigerian fraud ring that made off with some $300 million. The voter data on WA residents, registration ect. may have been stolen at this time as well.

Culp received the most votes for a Republican in state history.

Washington, according to Pidgeon, is rife with foreign influence in the election. The Nigerians. Dominion operated out of Canada. Software made in China. What else don't we know? The Trump EO is relevant again with this lawsuit.

Team Trump, or the DOJ or someone is about to expose it to the light of day

The fbi is just attempting to get ahead of the story

I wouldn't count on the DOJ. Think about it... I bet if I appointed you as Attorney General, yes you. I bet that you could have the election fraud solved in a matter of days. Haul in Ruby and the woke brigade caught on tape in Georgia. Tell them that they're each facing 50 years in prison. That leads to information on where the ballots came from. Haul those people in. Squeeze them. And let's keep in mind that they're not big shots... just average people who have committed multiple felonies that will destroy their lives. Of course they're going to talk.

The DOJ, the Feds, so far, have purposely stayed away from the election fraud. If they even dipped their toe in they would be forced to unravel a huge scandal.

AG Barr doesn't have the power or cajoles to do what needs to be done.

The ideal situation is for the states to rise up and correct the actions taken by socialist governors and secretaries of state. These people changed the rules when they didn't have the constitutional right. Whatever is done to correct the unconstitutional acts is their fault. People unhappy about the over turning of the results should turn their angst toward them.

The military has to decide this conflict. People at the top of both the FBI and CIA are involved with the election fraud. People in high places at the DOJ are there to protect the deep state. Who makes the arrests? Who does the prosecutions? The crooks are in charge of everything.
