I looked int to going down for a few days next week, since I don't start practice for real until the Monday after. But was going to be difficult with work, so here I am, in the fucking Wenatchee cold!

My prediction is it will be a large group of people rather than a single buyer. It will be headed by no one on this list.
Very safe bet! Brock and Salk have been wondering if it won't end up being some of those that lost out when the Broncos were sold?
There's a list from the commanders sale

Google AI now says the leading candidate is Steve Ballmer at 1 in 3, followed by a Tim Cook led consortium at 1 in 4 and Mark Zuckerberg at 1 in 5.

Pretty sad that I'm having to root for Ballmer to buy the team because I don't want another Stanton type group running one of our teams and I don't want some creeper who's in bed with China (literally as well as figuratively) representing my favorite team.

He'd have to sell the clippers? I don't see him doing that
Any potential purchase would come with complications. NFL ownership rules would likely require Ballmer to divest his stake in the Clippers, as cross-league ownership is restricted.

If he is unlikely to sell the Clippers, why is he the betting favorite to purchase the Seahawks...

Maybe because Zuckerberg and Cook have both stated they aren't interested. None of the above is going to purchase them

I would go with the Walton family since there will never be a NFL team in Arkansas and they can also buy the Arkansas Travelers.

The will also roll with Wallmart pricing at the concessions stands with $3 beers and $1.50 hot dogs 50 cents for a Coke.
