Re: Who will win the presidential election
Everyone knows that the Dems cheated, but can they catch them?
I imagine a movie scenario where they trace back to the Dominion command room and seize all the computers. Then start working the spider web to pre-dawn raids for Hillary and Obama. Live on CNN. Ha
The DOJ should be hot on the case given all the information that's already in the public domain. Key word being should. We can trust the FBI to go after people close to Trump like Roger Stone, but they haven't done anything to take down establishment big shots.
Interesting question... can Biden pass security clearance to receive presidential briefings? That's a serious question given his close ties to foreign adversaries like China. Also, is Biden under investigation by the FBI? Would any of us be surprised? Hunter is under investigation.

What they will find it sounds, is that while Trump had a growing lead on election night that appeared insurmountable, the counts shut down, votes were dumped in the early am for Biden (example 138k to 0) to put him ahead, then the algorithm in the machine software took over and made sure no matter what the votes actually were, they finished counting at ~51% for Biden, 49% for Trump to ensure the Biden win.
They had to pull out all stops, all avenues of fraud to even have a chance at winning. They know their deep state is going down if they don't make their play NOW.
This is the endgame. They got caught.

In Trump's executive order...Sept. 12 2018
Affects Who?
"foreign interference" involves activities targeting the infrastructure of, or pertaining to, a political organization, campaign, or candidate, the extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to, disclosure or threatened disclosure of, or alteration or falsification of, information or data.
How?
[T]he term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results.
Consequences?
T]he Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the heads of other appropriate agencies, shall jointly prepare a recommendation for the President as to whether additional sanctions against foreign persons may be appropriate in response to the identified foreign interference and in light of the evaluation in the report mandated by section 1(b) of this order, including, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, proposed sanctions with respect to the largest business entities licensed or domiciled in a country whose government authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported election interference, including at least one entity from each of the following sectors: financial services, defense, energy, technology, and transportation (or, if inapplicable to that country’s largest business entities, sectors of comparable strategic significance to that foreign government). The recommendation shall include an assessment of the effect of the recommended sanctions on the economic and national security interests of the United States and its allies. Any recommended sanctions shall be appropriately calibrated to the scope of the foreign interference identified…
Pretty broad penalties for such criminal activity.
But who wants to be known as the person who interferes in or undermines public confidence in [U.S.] elections … constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the [U.S.],” thus triggering the president’s authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), codified at 50 U.S.C. §1701.
Not me. I think Trump has been waiting with guns loaded. He could shut down alot of folks with one sweep.

One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump - an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.

that is a pretty good quote, like that quote
that is a pretty good quote, like that quote
Baoky Vu, a member of the DeKalb County Board of Registrations and Elections, blasted Shafer’s Twitter statement.
“It’s a childish and irresponsible tweet from David Shafer, who I know,” he told Decaturish. “We are coming out with the evidence to refute the implication that somehow DeKalb undercounted votes for Donald Trump. Obviously, the President of the United States has done his part to lower the standards of leadership and facts. Sadly, his sycophants won’t be nominated for Profiles in Courage awards anytime soon.”

How about this one?
They gave out "gas cards" in exchange for Biden votes to Native Americans in Nevada.
There are 60K of them or 3 percent of the vote.
Yeah, that's not illegal.
